About
How it all started
Jennifer Arundale is an actor,
comedian, producer and DIY mom.
In 2019 Jennifer was cast as the feisty CEO, Margaret Meyers, in the comedy pilot, Oddly Popular. The TV Pilot has already won Best Pilot (Indie Film Fest) and Best Short (Jersey Shore Film Festival).
Jennifer started stand up comedy relatively recently but quickly gained speed and has performed regularly at The Irvine Improv, The Comedy Store, The Rec Room, Flappers and a variety of Country Clubs and Resorts. Jennifer was a semi-finalist in the Funniest Housewives competition and a semi finalist in the Jeanne Robertson Humor Contest.
While relatively new to stand up, Jennifer is not new to writing and performing.. She studied sketch comedy with Anne Beatts of SNL and National Lampoon fame. She is currently writing and performing with Improv Troupe, The Fantastic Cheese Club.
Prior to stand up, Jennifer had a long career in motion picture production and is credited with executive producing 7 feature films. Films include, Ed Wood’s “I woke Up Early the Day I died” starring Billy Zane, Christina Ricci, Tippi Hedren, Ron Perlman Andrew McCarthy and Eartha Kitt. The film premiered in The Toronto Film Festival’s Midnight Madness section to a standing ovation. She also executive produced “Brand New World” starring Guy Pierce, Emily Lloyd, Sammi Davis and Ray Winstone. Other credits can be found on IMDB.com under Jennifer Peckham.
Jennifer lives in San Clemente with her husband, and two teenage daughters. She is currently working on her book tentatively titled, “If Not Now, When?” and enjoys her pajamas and her wine but not necessarily in that order
